Metropolis. Mid Afternoon.


Fires raged. City block were destroyed. Buildings had been demolished. But all eyes in Metropolis had set sight on the unspeakable scene happening before them. "


"Superman....SUPERMAN!" Superboy pleaded for his mentor to answer back. It was was horrible to see the  man of steel this way. His face beaten and bruised and bloody. His Uniform in tatters. Unmoving. Unbreathing. Superboy desperately tried to use CPR. Batman, Nightwing, Robin, Wonder girl and Ms Martian watched. Not wanting to believe what was happening before them. AS Superboy fought deperately to revive his "Brother" His mind traced back to the events that brought them here....

The creature stood in the middle of a crater in a forest. It stood 9ft tall. It was garbbed in a green body suit. In burst of renewed power and rage it tore the suit off revealing it's monsterous form. It's skin was concrete gray and was cover with razor bone spikes. With a roar it launched into the sky in a 100 meter jump. The destruction began when it reached a highway and in a fit of unprovoked rage attacked anything that moved.
