Sailor Moon Kamen man Hotaru's Flight

Outside Hotaru's residence.

"That's Her!" Rini said pulling Mike's sleeve and pointing towards Hotaru on the Balcony. "Sheesh!" Mike observed. "Never saw a girl wear so much Black!" "So Would you do it Mikey?" asked Rini with her big obnoxiously cute eyes. "Pleeeeease!" Mike hated it when she gave him the eyes. It meant she had him. "I don't know Rini." said Mike. "I don't know this girl and quite frankly I don't know what you want me to do?" "You know? Do something super hero like to cheer her up!" said Rini. "Take her flying. Show off Super Strength. That kind of thing! Please you'd be doing me a favor and it score you BIG points with Usagi!" "D'oh!" Mike groaned. The U word. Now she really had him! "Ok!" said Mike. Hotaru was snapped out of her moodiness when she could have sworn she heard a loud noise and flash of light in the distance. "What was that?" Then there was a swooshing sound above her. "Might have been me!" said a friendly voice. Hotaru eyes went wide when she saw who it was. There, Floating in front of her cross legged was Kamen man. "Wow!" said Hotaru in awe. "Are You...Kamen man?"  "The one and only!" The Hero replied. "I thought you were an urban legend or Something!" said Hotaru. "Well I try to keep a low profile." said Kamen man. "Of Course that proves to be impossible most of the time!" "So...Why are you here?" asked Hotaru. "Let's just say a little girl figured you could use a bit of excitement!" "I don't know." said Hotaru nervously. "It's OK!" Kamen man assured her. "Rini told me you have a bit of a condition. I'll be real careful." "YOU! Careful?" joked Melvin over The comlink. "Clam up!" Kamen man mouthed back. Shyly, Hotaru let Kame men carry her and he swiftly flew up into the sky. "WOW!" said Hotaru excitedly. "You Really Fly!" "Yeah I know!" Kamen man relied with equal glee. It never got old. Even in the whole year and a half since he found the Hengine.

Soon they were high above the city. The stars twinkling above and the moon full. "The city's so beautiful up here at night!" said Hotaru. Then she noticed Kamen man gazing up at the moon. "Is something wrong?" Hotaru asked. Snapping out of it, Kamen man said. "It's nothing! It's just that every time the Moon's full I can't help but think of her." "By her." Hotaru asked. "Do you mean Sailor Moon?" "Yeah." sighed Hotaru. Trying to cheer him up, Hotaru said. "Well I wouldn't Worry. Because quite frankly, I don't know who Tuxedo who ever he is thinks he's impressing anyway!" "Knew there was Something about you I liked!" Laughed Kamen man. "HA!"


After a wonderful hour of flying around the city, Kamen man then brought Hotaru back home. He placed he back on the balcony. "Thank you so much!" Hotaru beamed. "Hey! No need to thank me!" grinned Kamen man. But then curiosity got him. "Actually Hotaru, I never asked. Just what is your condition anyway?" Hotaru looked sad. "Well....they don't really know what it is. I've had it since I was little girl. You after this explosion..." "Explosion?" Kamen man asked. His face that of concern. "Yes." Hotaru said. "You see..." Just then there was a sound of doors opening within the house. "Uh Oh!" gasped Hotaru. "That's my guardian!" "I better get going!" Kamen man said. He still wanted to know more. But now was not the time. "Will I see again?" asked Hotaru. "Well you know." smiled Kamen man. "I'm always around!" Hotaru smiled. And with that, Kamen man shot off into the night sky.

Landing on a roof top within eye sight of the balcony, Kamen man watched to make sure Hotaru went in safe. Just then he heard a thwipping noise and a rose was embedded in the wall next to him. Instantly his mood went sour. "Gee!" He glowered. "It was such a nice evening too!" He turned around to see Tuxedo Mask emerging from the shadows. "Nice to see you too Sloan!" Tux mouthed back. "What Do YOU Want Shields?" groaned Kamen man. "Just making sure you got the girl back in one piece!" sneered Tux. "She happened to have had a Wonderful time! For your information!" "Well, That ought to make Rini happy!" Tux said, Sound a bit more pleasant. "Wish I knew what exactly it is she had..." While Kamen man was saying this, He glanced back down at Hotaru's balcony. The color drained from his face and his jaw went slack. "What's wrong?" Tux asked. "What are you gawking at...." Tux stared back down and he went numb as well. Hotaru was with a woman that appeared to be her Guardian. There was just one problem. The Woman was There thought dead nemesis Kiorai!
