Twilight and Garble touched down on the bank of the lake. Garble quickly laid down a pinic mat and they sat down watching the sunset. "This is very nice Garble." Smiled Twilight. "But why'd take me out here?" "Well You'll have to bear with me on this Twi." said Garble. "I told you I was never too good with romance. Garble pulled a box out of his backpack and displayed a cake to Twilight.

"Aww Garble that's sweet." Twilight said truly touched. "But it's not my birthday." "Yeah I know!" said Garble trying to sound composed. "Tonight we're actually celebrating a miracle!" "Miracle?" asked Twilight. "We're actually three months into this relationship." said Garble. "And by some miracle....I actually HAVEN'T Blown it!"

"Oh Garble." Laughed Twilight. "Don't think so low of yourself! As Sunset once said "Your past is not today!" The she sat closer and nuzzled him. "And whatever the Future holds, I just can't help but know it's going to shine bright!"

Twilight then materialized a record player and placed an old record into it. Music started to play. "So come on!" Twilight said standing on her hind legs and offer her hoof to Garble. "Aww Twi." Garble whined playfully. "Now, Now." Twilight cooed. "You'd said we'd practice slow dance!" Garble shrugged and took her hoof. Course him being the taller of the two, He literally lifted her off her hooves when he pulled her close.

"This sounds like something my Grandma would listen to!" Garble mouthed with a distasteful look on his face. "It Should!" Grinned Twilight. "It's on of MY Grandma's Records! She insisted!" They both laughed as Garble began playfully swing her around.  The music may have been beyond prehistoric. But it fitted the occasion.

Unbeknowst to them however, From beep with in the woods a familiar equine figure watched with more then slight disgust. It was Starlight Glimmer. "UGH!" She moaned. "How can she have such disgusting taste in males?" Then a sneaky grin came to her face. "Well enjoy it while Ya Can! Because I'm gonna make things interesting REAL Soon!"
