Donut Joe's

Most couples, be they Equine, Dragon, Griffon or any other Equestrian species, would very rarely have their first date in a Donut shop. However, being as though Twilight said she wasn't really into anything to fancy, Garble didn't really know  any restaurants that served gems or coal and since both deep down were never really into all that upper crust thing anyway, They both settled on  Donut Joe's.

Both the teen dragon and the young alicorn were sitting at a table by the window chatting. "And THAT is why your brother always jump and screams every time he hears a whistle!" Garble laughed telling. He was telling Twilight a tale of his hatchling hood experiences with Shining Armor and Cadence when she wasn't around. "Pfft Garble Ha.." Twilight scolded him but was trying desperately not too laugh. "Was that kind of over doing it? I mean gluing Shining to a train!" "Oh Come on." Garble said in his defense but understanding. "I was 6. Had kind of a mean streak!" "HAD a mean streak?" Twilight smirked with a "yeah right" look on her face.

Just then Joe trotted up with their order. "Here ya go." He said cheerfully. "You know I was hoping I'd see you two together in here someday. Especially after all the nights...." "Joe!" Garble sneered trying cut him off. "Garble was here...." Joe! "Talking about how he was gonna tell you how he felt..." JOE!" Garble roared. "Customer Confidential!" But after hearing that. Twilight simply pulled Garble close to her. Cheek to Cheek, Nuzzling him.
