The Goon screaming was Personal Trainer Bulk Biceps. And the "Lard Lizard" in Question was Klump the Dragon. Klump was wearing an XXXXXXXXL gray sweatsuit and red Head Band, And was at the moment, Attempting to bench press an EXTREMELY heavy barbell set. The thing had super huge weights on it that were heavy even for Dragons! Not that the overly wrought, Freakishly muscled Bulk seemed to mind. "Ponies Namby pamby?" Klump gasped as he tried to lift. "Well they never met this jerk!" "WHAT WAS THAT LARD BOTTOM?!" Bulk screamed in his face. "Um..Nothing!" Klump gulped. "And you one of them Dragons with an Element of Honor? WHAT A JOKE!" Bulk laughed.

"HEY NOW WAIT A GOSH DARN MINUTE BUSTER!" It was Applejack. She had just got done doing Cardio and having a delightful conversation with Fitness greats Jane Fondaflank and Cori Hooverson, When she saw Bulk's rather nasty treatment of Klump. While Applejack had thought Klump needed to lose some weight and bringing him here might help, He certainly Did NOT need to be hassled by Muscle headed Goon like Bulk. "Amscray Little Girl!" snarled Bulk. "This don't concern you I'm trying to whip this Tubby sack of scaled into shape!" "WRONG 'ROID RAGER!" shouted Applejack. "I don't take kindly to anyone who done mess with My Friends And family and Klump there's both!"

Now while this was going on, Then bench had broke underneath Klump and he crashed to floor with the barbell landing on his chest and he gasped for air and help. Of Course, Applejack and Bulk Biceps were too busy arguing to notice. "You Leave him alone. Klump may need to lose a few. But torturing and making fun of him's no way to do it!" said Applejack right in his face. "Incentive sister!" Bulk glowered, glaring down at her trying to get her to squirm and cower. But Applejack wasn't budging. "You think Ya so Tough?" Applejack challenged. "Well I's bet I can outclass ya's in strength!" Bulk laughed his off like the jock he was. "HAHAHA! Alright Cowpoke!" he scoffed accepting the challenge. "Oh! Cowpoke!" sneared Applejack. "Bet you thought real hard on that one!" "GRRRR!" Snarled Bulk. "YOU'RE ON! GYM AUDITORIUM! FEATS OF STRENGTH!" "OK!" Grinned Applejack. "If I win, Ya'll apologize to Klump and gives him his bits back for this monster course!" "OK Sister!" laughed Bulk. " Just be prepared to lose! HAHAHA!"

Applejack scowled as Bulk sauntered off to get ready. "Help....Me...." Gasped Klump. "OH MAH STARS AND GOODNESS GRACIOUS!" Applejack cried as shoved the weights off Klump and helped him up. "Y'all right Sugar scales?" "Will once...I ...Can breath properly again!" gasped Klump. "You Jacky. You really don't have to deal with that jock horse on my account." "No Way Klump!" Applejack said defiantly. "That goon messed with you and You is family to me." "Think You can take him?" asked Klump. "Well he may have Big Muscle!" Smiled Applejack with confidence and determination surging through her. "But I'm's no slouch myself." Applejack normally didn't look any different from any other pony but years of Applebucking and farm work had done wonders for her physique. As Klump observed when she got up on her hind legs and flexed her muscles, Becoming a literal Super mare.

Gym Auditorium

A crowd had gathered to watch the contest. Bulk, wearing a black muscle shirt and shorts, Flexed himself till he was all veiny and gross for the audience. Applejack, wearing a Equestrian Gladiators leotard, Was not at all impressed. "OK!" Bulk shouted. "FIRST EVENT! BOULDER BASHING!" Two huge Boulders had been placed on the stage. Bulk was up first. Screaming at the top of his absurdly muscled lungs, He smashed his foreleg hoof into it and it burst to rubble. The Audience cheered. The judges gave Three 10's. Next was Applejack. Looking her boulder up and down, she smiled and simply gave one soft buck with her hind leg and trotted away. There was silence. Nothing happened. Then she simply blew and...

KAAAAAAAAAAAAAABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!"

The boulder exploded to dust particles. The Audience went wild! The judges gave her three 1000's. Bulk's jaw went slack. This was gonna be tougher then he thought.

Next up was Ring the Bell.

"This is where I SHINE SISTER!" yelled Bulk. "Too bad the same can't be said for your breath!" said Applejack rolling her eyes. Growling, Bulk grabbed the heavy sledge hammer. In one powerful swing, Bulk smashed it onto the button. The weight shot up smashing the bell off, Went clean through the ceiling and landed on the roof. "BEAT THAT!" Bulk shouted. After a new bell tower had been set up, Applejack took and swing. Only her's skyrocketed straight through the bell and split it clean into. The continued to rocket through the ceiling and go straight into orbit. It then arch right back downward like a meteor. Landing right on top of Bulk!

KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!" a Very singe Bulk growled out of the crater his eyes blazing. Applejack had one again.

Next was a feat of power of Bulk's choosing. Showing off a large heavy steel chain, He placed the whole thing in his mouth and stared CHEWING It! And then, He rapidly spat it out like a tommy gun into the form of six inch NAILS in the floor! Now it was Applejack's turn. Only She spat out 2 ft. Rail road Spikes! Bulk's face turned redder then tomato with veins about to burst like a volcano!

Next Weight lifting.

Bulk was going all out with this one! He set up a two million ton barbell. "THIS IS WHERE IT GET'S SERIOUS!" Bulk roared. He spat into his hooves and began straining with all his might to lift it up. His eyes went bloodshot and sweat poured out of him! "EEEEEEYAAAAAARRRGGG!" He roared. After what seemed like an eternity, Bulk succeed and lifted the whole thing up! "YES! YES! I DID IT!" But then something happened. The stage itself started to rise up. Because Applejack was picking up the whole Stage Bulk and his super heavy barbell and All!  the Audience went wild again.

Final event: Hoof wrestling.

"THIS GAME ENDS NOW!" Roared Bulk as he and Applejack placed their forelegs on the table. "THIS IS WHERE YOU GO DOWN!" "Why Bulk. You should really learn to relax!" Applejack smiled. They clasped hooves together and Bulk immediately went tried to force her foreleg down with all his might. He strained, He sweated like a waterfall, He pushed, Pushed and Pushed but seemingly to no avail. Through his sweat and bloodshot eyes he saw that Applejack wasn't even struggling at all. "WHY AREN'T YOU..." "Ah Haven't started yet!" smirked Applejack and with that, With Bulk still at full strength and pushing, In one easy motion, She slammed his foreleg right through the table, Slamming Bulk right through the Stage floor. CRASH

Applejack smiled satisfied. As she looked at the speechless stunned audience, She gave them a smile of innocence. Then she got up on her hind legs and flexed her muscles. Her muscles rippling, The cowgirl was a literal Champion Bodybuilder pony. Applejack displayed an amazing series of muscle poses as the audience cheered. Applejack had won. Shrinking back down, Applejack smiled. Then She saw Klump watching from behind the curtain. "Oh dear!" Applejack thought to herself. She had meant to help Klump. But now she was afraid she had shown him up. She knew it was never really pleasant for boys feel helpless because a girl had saved them. However, Klump had merely smiled and walked out on stage and drapped a medal along her neck, gave her a trophy and presented her with flowers. Applejack saw on the medal, the words MY HERO! "Aww! Thanks Suger scales!" Appleajack pulled Klump down to her and kissed him on the cheek. Klump flushed a bit. "Well..I do mean it AJ! You are My Hero!" Applejack blushed sweetly and said. "And you know what Klump? Ya'll my hero too!" They both shared a warm hug.

"HOW!" Cried a Defeated Bulk as he got up from the hole. "HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW?!" "Well ya see Bulk." Applejack told him. "while I may be stronger then most. I find myself at my absolute strongest when I'm fighting for my family and friends! Klump here's both! You may have muscle, But Bullying get's ya  and nobody else no place! Real strength comes from in here and outside sources! And I'm just talking heart and all! I mean lot of things!" Bulk grimaced. He didn't like losing but wasn't too thick headed to know he was proven wrong. And his head was pretty thick. "OK Klump. I'm sorry. I'll give you your bits back. Just to make things level, I'll let you have one good sock at my jaw." "Oh Gee Bulk." said Klump. "I don't ...." "It's alright!" Bulk said. "Just love tap me!"  Klump just lightly touched Bulk's jaw with his fist.  

CRASH!

Bulk was out like a light. "Well." said Applejack. "Muscles of Steel. Jaw of glass!" "Quite a conundrum!" said Klump. Then Klump lifted Applejack's foreleg up and the crowd cheered again. Applejack then smiled at Klump and pointed to her cheek. "Come on Sugar scales." Beamed Applejack. Blushing a bit, Klump bent down and gently kissed her on the cheek. Smiling, Applejack then lifted the laughing Klump up with one hoof and gave a final bicep flex for the audience.
